In 1998, the owner decided to build a dream, a company designed around it’s customers and their needs, one in which bringing back some of the older traditional values, such as treating the customer the way ‘we’ want to be treated and not as a number on an invoice, or work order, prompt, courteous service and installation by professionally trained, dedicated and experienced field service technicians, support of an honest, courteous and professional customer service staff with you at the top of the priority list.The idea for the appearance of the company comes from Cherokee Indian History, the logo represents a patronage to the pride of a people driven to almost extinction and able to overcome adversity to accomplish what they believe in. being born a Cherokee Indian, the owner felt a need to be thankful and proud of his heritage and wanted to honor it by designing a company that no one could ever doubt its focus and positive direction, being able to overcome the hurdles of building a business from nothing to what it is today and we are still moving in an upward direction to be the best, a full service company designed to fit your needs with any system you may desire to have installed or serviced, we look forward to serving you.
